OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED RUPEES 1,000 (ONE THOUSAND) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creditlo, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply

You may discontinue use of the Services at any time, but termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in English language.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by us shall be effective unless in writing.
